Here to help on an independent and voluntary basis

Questions or problems can always arise during your stay at the clinic. We have an open ear for these and are pleased if you speak to us about them.

However, we are aware that there may be situations in which you would prefer to speak to an independent person. If you have any problems or concerns regarding your hospital stay which relate to the treatment or service at the Schüchtermann-Klinik, you can not only contact our complaints management department in confidence, but also our patient intermediary Ms Lindert.

As an independent contact person who works on a voluntary basis, she is committed to looking after your interests. She can assist you in your daily clinic routine procedures and support you if you have any wishes or questions. Ms Lindert will also be pleased to receive positive feedback from you and pass it on to others.

The patient intermediary is not an employee of the Schüchtermann-Klinik, but is, of course, subject to an obligation to maintain confidentiality.
