Accompanying service
Many hospitals are confusing at first glance. So that you know right away where your admission ward is located, please feel free to go along to reception. Our reception service will accompany you to the ward where you are expected.
Library
Feel free to visit our library on the ground floor. You can buy newspapers and magazines in the cafeteria right next door. Your favourite magazine is not among them? We would be happy to order it for you, just get in touch with us.
Entertainment
In the Schüchtermann-Klinik, a state-of-the-art entertainment system is at your disposal. A tablet with internet access, TV and telephone functions awaits you in your room. At the reception you will receive your chip card, which you can recharge on the ground floor at the automatic pay stations in the reception area and in the IPS/IMC area.
Payment at the automatic pay stations can only be made with a bank card and PIN number.
Valuables
Thefts occur time and time again, even in hospitals. We therefore advise you,
- if possible, not to bring large amounts of cash or valuables with you to the hospital, or to leave your valuables at reception for safekeeping.
- Never leave handbags and valuables unattended!
- The hospital is only liable for valuables that you have given for safekeeping to reception.
Spa card Bad Rothenfelde
All rehabilitation patients and relatives staying in our flats, rooms or suites receive a spa card. Herewith you can use various offers of the municipality of Bad Rothenfelde at reduced costs. For more information, please visit the website of the municipality
Foot care
If you would like to receive chiropody services during your stay, we will be happy to arrange an appropriate appointment for you at a nearby practice. If necessary, you can also make an appointment at the hospital yourself.
Laundry service

Iron
If you would like an iron and ironing board, please contact the ward clerks. The use of your own irons, immersion heaters and coffee machines in the rooms is prohibited.
Hair Stylist
Should you feel the need to visit a hairdresser during your stay, you can use the hairdressing salon located in the immediate vicinity of the hospital.
